Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) – Romania

Interdisciplinary Collaboration, Exchange of Best Practices, and Dialogue between Partners

The West University of Timișoara hosted, between 20 and 21 February 2025, the first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the Erasmus+ SUSTAIN-ACE project, dedicated to strengthening collaboration and progress among academic partners. The two-day event brought together academics from all partner universities to discuss current activities, plans, and project coordination.

Day 1 was dedicated to presentations of academic progress, activity management, and strategic discussions on future Work Packages. Topics such as planning, reporting, effective communication, and prioritization for the project’s next phases were addressed.

Day 2 included focus group sessions, idea exchange, and prioritization of future activities, with the involvement of associated partners, followed by conclusions and an action plan. The participants concluded the meeting with a study visit to the Water Museum, where they explored concrete examples of sustainability and innovation in practice.

Impact of the Meeting

TPM Romania strengthened interdisciplinary collaboration, exchange of best practices, and dialogue between partners, paving the way for the efficient implementation of the next stages of the SUSTAIN-ACE project.
